Donna High clash with Mercedes on the hardwood

DONNA– Yzella Perez and the Bravettes will take on the Lady Tigers in a District 32-5A duel tonight at 7:30 p.m. marking the midway point through the season.
The Bravettes are coming off a 61-35 win against Weslaco East. And the Lady Tigers are will be looking to get back into the winners column after taking a loss against Brownsville Lopez at home.
Currently, the Bravettes are averaging three scorers in double digits. Yzella Perez, Ivette Valladares and Amariyah Matthews have been a triple threat around the hoop.
In their last match against Weslaco East Amariyah Matthwes led all scores with 17; Ivette Valadares, 16; Yzella Perez, 13; Emily Torres, 4; Brianna Duron, 4; Mia Pedroza, 4; Danna Baez, 3.
