Donna, Texas – The Donna Historical Museum/Tourist Center extends a Big Thanks to all participants on its 11^th Annual Art Contest, and is proud to announce this year’s results of the Chisholm Trail Art Contest 2024.

Donna ISD students from Donna High School, Todd Middle School and Veteran’s Middle School, students enter the contest following certain rules and timelines with the Art submitted for judging.

The following winners this year: 

From the Middle Schools: In 1^st place we had Johanna Hernandez – W.A. Todd Middle School, 2^nd place also from W.A. Todd Middle School went to Hillary Marroquin and 3^rd place Samantha I. Olvera – Veterans Middle School.

From Donna High School: In 1^st place we had Alexis Duron; 2^nd place – Rosa Briones and in 3^rd place – Pablo Longoria

Honorable Mention recognition: From W.A. Todd – Jovanna Hernandez and Valeria Jimenez, and from Veterans Middle School – Melody Villatoro and Alexandra Hernandez.

Honorable Mention recognition: From Donna High School – Adrianna Chavarria, Katelyn Zuniga, Arel Robles, Alejandro Torres, Vicky A. Garcia, Joselyn Hernandez, Deyanira Lopez, Valerie Mendoza, Annette Martinez, and Julyssa Tinajero.
